CAT CONDO ROOM
MORE ADOPTABLE CATS
The room can accommodate 30 single-cats at one time - allowing potential adopters to meet and interact with more cats than ever before!
LESS STRESS
The lobby is a stressful place for cats - lots of movement, animals and exposure to changing temperatures as people enter and leave. Giving them a separate room provides a much more relaxing environment.
SAFETY FIRST
Everyone loves to play with kitty toe-beans or provide scritches through kennel bars - but doing so can spread disease to cats. Taking them out of the lobby also limits the amount of rogue fingers entering their space.
ENRICHMENT
Big windows act like cat TV for our feline residents - they get to watch people and animals from the safety of their private suites!
FUNDRAISING GOAL: $150,000
Shelter-friendly animal housing is incredibly expensive - it has to be durable, easy to clean and medical grade. There can be ZERO nooks or crannies for 'crud' to get stuck in!
We are grateful for any amount donated and provide the option of custom amounts on the donation page, but we're offering some perks if you've got a little extra to spare!
Please reach out to info@friendsofmadacc.org if you prefer an alternative payment option.

DOG PLAY YARD RENOVATION

Four Convertible Yard Areas
The new yard can be partitioned into five separate areas or opened up to offer more space to three, two or one single dog! Our goal is to provide as much room for our pups to run and play and, most importantly, stay safe!

Visual Blinds
For some dogs, seeing another pup playing in a different yard can be too much. The new yard has a combination of chain-link and solid vinyl fencing so every dog can have the best possible time while they're outside.

Adoption Area
We're adding a covered adoption area so prospective families can hang out with adoptable pups in more of a 'backyard setting' - and when its not being used for adoptions, it'll be a great space for shy/nervous dogs to reset.
FUNDING GOAL: $250,000
A huge thanks to Bell Charitable Foundation for already contributing $100,000 to the final project!
